June has always felt a little special around here.

Maybe it’s the start of summer. Maybe it’s the farmers bringing in first cuttings of hay. Maybe it’s the simple fact that in Wisconsin, dairy isn’t just part of the economy, it’s part of everyday life.

At the bakery, June Dairy Month gives us an excuse to lean into some of the things we love most: butter-rich pastries, creamy fillings, flaky layers, and old bakery favorites that never really go out of style.


The Cream Horns are filled with our signature buttercream and wrapped in golden flaky pastry that never stays neat for long.


The Cherry Puffs come packed with bright cherry filling and finished with a drizzle of vanilla glaze that somehow always ends up on fingertips before the plate is empty.


Our Éclairs are cool, creamy, and topped with rich chocolate icing — a bakery classic people come in looking for with a smile from ear to ear.


And then there’s Udder Bread, bringing together two Swiss-style loaves in a tribute to the dairy traditions that helped shape communities like ours.


These are the local favorite bakery treats that show up at kitchen tables, graduation parties, breakroom counters, and Sunday visits with family. The things people pick up “just for one night” and somehow keep thinking about the next morning.


We’ll be baking these favorites throughout June while supplies last.
